Student and parent crews work four nights a week leading up to the event, ramping up their efforts as prom approaches on May 19.

Once all the prep work is completed, decorations will be set up the Friday before prom on May 18. The community will get the opportunity to see the efforts of the students during a public walk-through on Saturday, May 19.

An arrival parade is set for later that day at 5 p.m. As the community looks on from the sidelines, students and their dates will arrive in decked-out rides and in some cases floats, entering the school event in red-carpet style.
