The Middletown Fire and Emergency Services responded to the truck fire on Route 1 Superhighway.
Fire crews found the cab of the truck fully involved on fire.

Firefighters quickly worked to extinguish the fire, preventing further extension and damage on the busy highway during rush hour traffic.
