Food Shopping Spree Suspect Sought In Falls Township

FALLS TOWNSHIP, PA —The Falls Township Police Department is seeking the public's help in finding the suspect who filled a shopping cart with food and fled the scene without paying.

Falls Township Police said Department is seeking assistance with identifying the suspect who was involved in an attempted retail theft of multiple items of merchandise from the Giant Food Store, 471 S Oxford Valley Rd., in Fairless Hills.

The incident took place around 6:15 p.m. Monday, police said.

Police said the value of the merchandise exceeded $400.

The suspect is described as a man who appears to be in his early 20s, with short black curly hair, wearing a black T-shirt, and blue shorts. He has tattoos on his right forearm and bicep.

The man was last seen fleeing the area in a silver Mercedes Benz sedan.
