Free Bulk Disposal Day Planned For Residents Of Falls, Tullytown

Falls Township will host a free bulk disposal day on Oct. 15 at the GROWS Landfill behind Waste Management's Turkey Hill Office, 1000 New Ford Mill Road.

The event will go from 7 to 11 a.m. During that time, residents of Falls and Tullytown can drop off bulk waste items, yard waste and appliances.

Proof of residency is required. It is not intended for commercial customers or contractors.

The following items will not be accepted: liquids, oil, paint, car batteries, propane tanks, gas cylinders, hazardous household wastes, tires, chemicals, pesticides and spray cans. Also no refrigerators, air conditioners, freezers or electronics.
