According to a police affidavit, officers were called at about 11:50 a.m. on Thursday to the Belaire Trailer Park on Bristol Pike in the Morrisville neighborhood. There, the victim told officers he'd been shot in the ear by a man he knew as "Tommy Cummings."
He told officers he had allowed Zorrer and his girlfriend to stay at his home at the trailer park when the couple got into an argument outside the home. Zorrer then began arguing with the victim, striking him in the head with a handgun then shooting at him, striking him in the left ear, the affidavit says.
