It might be snowing Friday, but temperatures will warm up and there is plenty to do in the area during this first weekend of spring.

Spring may be getting off to a wintry start but consistently warmer days are around the corner.

Breakfast with the Easter Bunny

A Cappella at the Rock

When: Saturday at 7:30 p.m.

More details: The “A Cappella at the Rock” music festival will be held at Council Rock High School North this Saturday, March 21 at 7:30 pm. This year, in addition to performances by the best High School groups in the area, the evening festival concert will feature the internationally known a cappella group, The House Jacks, whose members hail from NBC’s The Sing Off and the hit a cappella movie franchise, Pitch Perfect. ‘Caring’ Easter Bunny

When: Sunday at 9 a.m.

More details: On Sunday, March 22, the Oxford Valley Mall will host the Caring Easter Bunny from 9 to 11 a.m. Families with special needs children can meet the bunny and get a photo with him in a comfortable, subdued environment. Click here to make a reservation online.

When: Sunday at 2 p.m.

Art Gallery Reception at Pennswood Village

When: Sunday at 2 p.m.

More details: Joan Kopchick, a handmade paper and mixed media construction artist, will give a talk during the opening reception of her gallery show at the Pennswood Art Gallery. A wine and cheese reception will follow. Kopchick has exhibited extensively in the United States as well as being a featured artist on HGTV and in a recently published book, “The Artful Home” by Lark Books. The event begins at 2 p.m. at Pennswood Village, 1382 Newtown-Langhorne Rd.
