Lane Closures Planned For Road Work On I-95 In Levittown
Overnight lane closures are scheduled next week on both directions of I-95 between New Falls Road and the Yardley-Newtown Interchange.

Overnight lane closures are scheduled next week on both directions of I-95 between New Falls Road and the Yardley-Newtown Interchange for road work, PennDOT announced
The lane closures are needed for bridge construction and pavement marking installations as part of a $29.6M project to repair and resurface 13 miles of the highway. Repairs are being done on portions of I-95 in Bensalem, Bristol, Middletown and Lower Makefield townships.

Monday, Nov. 6 through Friday, Nov. 10 from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m.: intermittent lane closures are scheduled on northbound I-95.
Monday, Nov. 6 through Friday, Nov. 10 from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.: intermittent lane closures are scheduled on southbound I-95.

The work is weather dependent.
Here are more details about the project, according to PennDOT:
Under this improvement project, PennDOT is milling, overlaying and rehabilitating existing pavement; performing base repairs; installing new guide rail; repairing or replacing damaged traffic signs; performing minor bridge deck repairs; and installing rumble strips and delineators along the I-95 corridor in Bucks County. The entire project is scheduled to be completed in fall 2018.
