Levittown Man Burglarizes Verizon Store, Then Goes To Applebee's: Police

A Levittown man is accused of burglarizing a Verizon store in Doylestown on Tuesday. A police K-9 located him at Applebee's shortly after.

A Levittown man was arrested for burglarizing a Doylestown Township Verizon Wireless store late Tuesday after he was located by a police dog at the nearby Applebee's, police said. According to authorities, officers responded to the store on Easton Road around 11:30 for a report that someone had smashed the glass of the front door, damaged several phones and tablets, and removed speakers.

Local police called on a K-9 officer from Montgomery Township and the subject was tracked to the nearby Applebee’s Restaurant on Easton Road. He was identified as Louis K. Telliano, 21, of Levittown.

Telliano had items from the store in his possession when he was taken into custody by police.

Telliano was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, criminal mischief, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, and possessing instrument of crime.

He was arraigned and sent to Bucks County Correctional Facility after he was unable to make bail, which was set at 10 percent of $250,000.
