A Levittown man has been charged with theft of services after police say he failed to pay his tab at a Newtown rental store.

According to police, William Francis Kane Jr., 42, of Apricot Lane, rented more than $1,000 worth of products from Newtown Rental Center in May. He did not pay for the products used, police said.

Police say Kane "intentionally" denied payment and demonstrated over time that he had no intention of paying for it. As a result, charges were filed for Kane's arrest.
