Ayarci is accused of threatening to kill employees at Hunter Jersey Peterbilt, a truck sales and leasing company in Millstone, according to the complaint signed by New Jersey State Trooper Nicholas Miele. New Jersey State Police patrol Millstone in lieu of a township police force.
Ayarci, who is a self-employed commercial truck driver, "threatened to kill employees ... causing said victims to believe the immediacy of the threat and the likelihood that it would be carried out by shooting them with a gun or blowing them up with an explosive," according to the complaint.

Ayarci's bail was set at $10,000 with a 10 percent option, with conditions of no contact with his victims and no weapons possession, according to the complaint, which has since been posted.
