Fatal shooting reported at Pennsbury Pharmacy on New Falls Road.
A fatal shooting was reported Friday morning at the Pennsbury Pharmacy on New Falls Road.
6ABC reports, citing police sources, that the store clerk fired the fatal shot at a man who was attempting to rob the pharmacy. There were two people involved in the attempted robbery, one was armed, the report said.
The other suspect was arrested. He has not yet been identified.

The incident was reported around 10 a.m. According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, the pharmacy owner fired 10 rounds at a masked man who attempted to rob the store.
The pharmacy opened in December 2014.
