Man Charged With Criminal Mischief At Levittown Court Official's Home
Daniel William Kasperitis Jr. of Bristol Township also faces trespassing and harassment in the mid-May incident, court records say.
BRISTOL TOWNSHIP, PA —The man appeared on the property of a court official, moving a lawn chair, peeping into vehicles, and staring into the home's security camera, according to police and court documents.
Daniel William Kasperitis Jr., 34, of Bristol Township, has been charged with criminal mischief, criminal trespassing, harassment, attempted theft from a vehicle, theft from a vehicle, and tampering with property.
He was preliminarily arraigned before District Judge Terry Hughes last week and sent to Bucks County Prison on 10 percent of $50,000 bail.

According to court papers, Kasperitis appeared at the showed up at the home of a county court official who lives in Bristol Township at 11:50 a.m. Saturday, May 13.
He then touched and moved items in the official’s yard. He then reportedly tampered with the vehicles and checked the doors of vehicles parked at the house.

Kasperitis appeared to look directly into the camera of the home’s security system, police said.
A detective wrote in court papers that it appeared to him that Kasperitis was on the court official’s property while knowing a camera system was present.
The court official told police Kasperitis was not invited to their property.
The court official and Kasperitis have not had much recent contact. The last contact was in April 2022 when Kasperitis made a statement to the court official. The content of the statement was not released, police said.
The court official is not named in the affidavit.
The court official told police that the incident created "cause and fear" for the victims.
The items taken from the Volkswagen were an EZ Pass, a backpack with items, and a Bose electronic device, all valued at between $150 and $250.
