Man Charged With Groping Incident At Langhorne Target: Police
Breaking: A 41-year-old man is charged with groping three teens at Bucks County Target stores, including the location in Langhorne.
Police have announced an arrest in connection with alleged incidents of groping at Target stores in Bucks County, including the location in Langhorne.
Scott Raila, 41, of Horsham has been charged with two counts of indecent assault, three counts of corruption of minors, and indecent assault of a victim under the age of 13. Warrington Police said two incidents occurred at the Target store there, and one occurred at the Target store in Langhorne.
The charges were filed less than a day after police said a 15-year-old girl reported she was groped at the Warrington Target store on Aug. 16. After reviewing surveillance footage from the store, Warrington police said they saw the suspect groping a second juvenile female.

Raila's preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 7, court documents show.
The case was screened through the Bucks County District Attorney's Office, police said.
