Man Exposed Himself At Target In Middletown Twp.: Police
A 28-year-old Newtown Township man has been charged with indecent exposure for an incident in the women's department, police said.
MIDDLETOWN TOWNSHIP, PA —A Newtown Township man has been charged with indecent exposure at the Target store for an incident earlier this month, police said.
On Oct. 3, the Middletown Township Police Department to the Target store at 2331 E. Lincoln Hwy., Langhorne, for a report of an indecent exposure incident captured in the women’s department on the store's video surveillance system that occurred at 5:30 p.m. the day before.
The investigation led to the arrest of a 28-year-old Newtown Township man who was located and interviewed by police.

As a result of the follow-up investigation, the suspect admitted to the offenses and provided a written statement.
Brian Alexander was charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness, and criminal mischief, police said.

A Preliminary Hearing is scheduled for Nov. 16 at District Court 07-1-08.
