Man Injured In 2-Vehicle Crash In Falls Township

Falls Township Police said the crash involved a bike and a vehicle on Thursday afternoon.

FALLS TOWNSHIP, PA —The Falls Township Police Department is investigating a two-vehicle crash that injured a man Thursday afternoon.

Falls Township Police responded at 4:40 p.m. on Thursday to the intersection of Bristol-Oxford Valley Road at Oxford Valley Road in Langhorne for a two-vehicle accident with injuries.

The preliminary investigation determined a 36-year-old Levittown man, operating a gas-powered bicycle west on Oxford Valley Road, drove through a stop sign and made a sharp right to head north onto Bristol Oxford Valley Road towards Lincoln Highway.

After doing so, he then struck head-on a green Nissan Xterra being operated by a 20-year-old Levittown woman.

The female driver was not injured.

The male driver was transported to St. Mary Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
