Man Robs Bank In Falls With Note

FALLS TOWNSHIP, PA — A man robbed a bank in Falls Township on Friday after handing the teller a note implying he was armed, according to police.

At 4:37 p.m. Friday, the man walked into the PNC Bank branch at 301 W. Trenton Ave., in the Morrisville section of Falls, according to township police. He gave the teller a note implying that he was armed and demanding money, police said.

The man then ran away, according to Falls Township Police Lt. Nelson Whitney. Officers from several agencies flooded the area, but were unable to find him.
