Man Was Drunk, Disorderly At Jefferson Bucks Hospital: Police

The man falsely identified himself to police officers and was in possession of drug paraphernalia, according to authorities.

FALLS TOWNSHIP, PA — A man was arrested in Falls Township last week after police say he drunkenly created a disturbance at a local hospital.

Anthony Richard Mauceri, 23, was charged Sunday with public drunkenness, possession of drug paraphernalia, identity theft, tampering with evidence and giving false information to police officers.

According to Falls police, officers were dispatched to Jefferson Bucks Hospital for a report of a disturbance. When they arrived, they say Mauceri falsely identified himself to the officers.

Once his real identity was learned, officers arrested Mauceri on an outstanding warrant from Montgomery County. He also was found to be in possession of illegal substances, police say. He was taken into custody and released to the custody of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office.
