Middletown Police Reports: Assault, Drunk At Wawa

MIDDLETOWN, PA — A pair of assault cases and someone being drunk and having drugs in their possession at Wawa were among the incidents handled by Middletown Township Police over the past several days.

Here's a look at items from the police blotter, provided by Middletown Police:

• A 26 year old female was arrested for driving under the influence and recklessly endangering another person on Rt. 1 Langhorne at 2:13 p.m. on 5/1/19.
• A 36 year old male was arrested for theft from a vehicle, receiving stolen property, possession of a controlled substance, and drug paraphernalia in the parking lot of the Oxford Valley Mall at 4:53 p.m. on 5/1/19.
• A 49 year old male was arrested for false identification to law enforcement on the 4500 block of New Falls Rd. Levittown at 1:33 a.m. on 5/2/19.
• A 32 year old male was taken into custody on a parole violation warrant out of the Bucks County Sheriff’s department on New Falls Rd. Levittown at 1:59 a.m. on 5/2/19.
• A 26 year old female was issued a non traffic citation for theft at Nails 2000 SalonLanghorne at 12:51 p.m. on 5/2/19.
• A 59 year old male was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, public drunkenness, and disorderly conduct at the Wawa store Langhorne at 9:16 p.m. on 5/2/19.
• A 36 year old male was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia on the 2200 block of New Falls Rd. Levittown at 2:16 a.m. on 5/3/16.
• A 58 year old male was taken into custody on a failure to appear warrant out of the Bucks County Sheriff’s department New Falls Rd. Levittown at 2:48 a.m. on 5/3/19.
• A 22 year old male was arrested for false identification to law enforcement on E. Lincoln Hwy. Langhorne at 1:43 a.m. on 5/4/19.
• A 54 year old male was arrested for assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct on the 1200 block of Langhorne-Newtown Rd. Langhorne at 6:33 a.m. on 5/5/19.
• A 28 year old male was arrested for assault and harassment on the 1300 block of Veterans Hwy. Levittown at 8:48 a.m. on 5/5/19.
