Motorcyclist Injured In Route 13 Crash In Falls Twp.
Falls Township Police said the accident took place Monday afternoon near Tyburn Road.
FALLS TOWNSHIP, PA —A 22-year-old man was injured in a motorcycle crash on Route 13 on Monday afternoon, police said.
The Falls Township Police Department said the crash happened around 2:15 p.m. Monday when the motorcyclist, who traveling northbound on Route 13 near Tyburn Road, was reportedly cut off by a tractor-trailer.
Operations Lt. Chris Clark said the Levittown motorcyclist told investigators that the abrupt move forced him to swerve and lose control of his motorcycle. He then hit the center median, flipping onto the opposite side of the roadway.

The motorcyclist suffered a fractured leg and multiple abrasions due to the crash, Clark said.
He was taken to Capital Health Regional Medical Center in Trenton by Capital Health Emergency Medical Services.

Authorities said that neither alcohol, drug use, or a medical emergency were contributing factors to the crash.
