Motorcyclist Killed In Middletown Township Crash

MIDDLETOWN TOWNSHIP, PA —Police are investigating the cause of a crash that killed a motorcyclist early Sunday morning.

The Middletown Township Police Department responded to the area of Forsythia Drive South and Flamingo Road for a one-vehicle motorcycle crash around 4:45 a.m. on Sunday.

Police determined that the vehicle involved, a Harley Davidson, had been operated by a 27-year-old Levittown man.

Upon investigation, it was determined that the vehicle involved in the crash had been traveling southbound on Forsythia Drive South, from Firebush Road, Detective Lt. Steve Forman said.

The driver lost control of the motorcycle, which then went down on the roadway and slid into the front yard at 130 Forsythia Drive South. The driver did not survive the crash, police said.
