Neshaminy Looking To Fill School Board Seat
The board is seeking a temporary replacement for Region 2 Board Member Robert Sanna, who passed away recently.

The Neshaminy School District is accepting letters of interest to fill an open seat on the school board for Region 2. The appointment will be from the time the board formally acts to fill the seat until the first Monday in December 2017.
The seat is a temporary replacement for board member Robert Sanna, who passed away recently. The remaining two years of this seat will be filled by voters at the November 7, 2017, election.
Interested parties should send a letter of interest by mail, email or deliver the same by hand. Letters of interest can be mailed or hand delivered to the superintendent’s office: 2250 Langhorne-Yardley Road, Langhorne, PA 19047.

The deadline to submit a letter of interest is 12 noon on Wednesday, June 28.

Interested parties need to be available for an interview process to be held the evening of Thursday, June
29.
Candidates for the position must meet the requirements for membership on a Board of School Directors.
Those requirements are: candidates must a citizen who is at least 18 years old, of good moral character, and a resident of the school district for at least one year prior to the date of election or appointment.
