Neshaminy School Choir Wins B101 Christmas Competition
One year after its high school won it, Neshaminy's middle school earned top radio contest honors and will receive $5,000.

LANGHORNE, PA —The choirs of the Neshaminy School District really do have something to sing about: Winning choir competitions.
B101 radio said the winner of its 2024 Christmas Choir Competition in the K-8 category is the Carl Sandburg Middle School.
"They did it! Congratulations to the Carl Sandburg MS Soundwaves who are the first-place winners in the 2024 B101 K-8 Christmas Choir Competition," the school district announced. "And a big thank you to everybody that voted for them."

Last year, Neshaminy High School's Select Choir beat two other schools to win the High School Division of B101's 2023 Christmas Choir Competition.

The competition was open to all school choirs in the designated Philly listening area.
There are two divisions - the Kindergarten through 8th-grade Division, and the 9th through 12th-grade Division.
First-place winners in both divisions will have their choir's song featured on B101 throughout the holidays and the school's music program will win a cash prize of $5,000.
The choirs will also be invited to perform their winning song during the Trans-Siberian Orchestra’s "The Lost Christmas Eve Tour at the Wells Fargo Center on Dec. 22, for the group's 3 p.m. show.
