New Principal Named At Conwell-Egan Catholic High School
Joshua K. Bower started his new job at the Bristol Township school on Monday. School officials also made two other appointments.

BRISTOL TOWNSHIP, PA —Conwell-Egan Catholic High School has named a new principal for the upcoming school year.
School officials said that Joshua K. Bower has been appointed as principal, effective Monday.
Since 2018, Bower has been "an integral part of our school administration" and most recently served as assistant principal for academic affairs where school officials said he was instrumental in CEC’s academic growth.

Bower began his career in education with the School District of Philadelphia as the health and physical education teacher at Andrew Hamilton Elementary School.
Following that, Bower served in a variety of roles at Thomas A. Edison High School, including health and physical education teacher, dean of students, athletic director, roster chairperson, and coach for several athletic teams.

Bower holds a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Temple University and a master's degree in coaching and athletic administration from Concordia University Irvine.
In addition, he attended the University of California San Diego’s Extension and Professional Development Institute where he received Continuing Education Credits.
Meanwhile, Conwell-Egan also named Anthony Micalizzi as director of enrollment management and congratulates Michelle Delfin on her new role as director of admissions and retention.
Micalizzi will also be teaching AP Psychology and Honors American History, school officials said.
Delfin served the past two years as assistant admissions director. She is a 1998 graduate.
