NJ Homicide Suspect Apprehended By Falls Township Police

The Falls Township Police Department charged a Trenton man with being a fugitive from justice after finding him at a 7-Eleven early Friday.

FAIRLESS HILLS, PA —A 30-year-old man wanted for a homicide warrant in Trenton was apprehended by Falls Township police Friday morning.

The Falls Township Police Department reported that David Holland, 30, was brought in at 2:30 a.m. Friday. He was charged with one count of being a fugitive from justice.

Falls Township Sgt. Ray Fanelli researched a temporary registration plate on a car being driven by Holland and learned of the warrant, police said.

Afterward, police set up surveillance and apprehended Holland after he pulled into the parking lot of the 7-Eleven on 8019 Mill Creek Road.

He was preliminarily arraigned before District Judge Daniel Finello and remanded to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $100,000.00 bail.

Police did not provide any details about the homicide.
