No Jailtime for Daycare Worker Charged With Assaulting Toddler
Nataliya Manzyk was charged after an incident in January at Sunshine Day Care in Feasterville.

A Bucks County daycare worker will not go to jail on charges relating to an alleged assault of a 2-year-old boy in January.
Nataliya Manzyk, 38, of Feasterville, will instead enter Bucks County’s Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program, which is for first-time offenders of nonviolent crimes, according to the Bucks County Courier Times.
Manzyk was charged after an incident in January at Sunshine Day Care in Feasterville.

Authorities tell Fox29 news that Manzyk, who has since been fired from the daycare center, was seen grabbing the boy child from behind and throwing him across the floor in a security camera video. The video then shows Manzyk dragging the child across the floor by the hood of his sweatshirt, Fox29 reported.
She was charged with assault, endangering the welfare of a child and recklessly endangering another person after the incident, which occurred on Jan. 7, according to court documents.

Court documents show that Manzyk is being represented by Newtown lawyer Louis R. Busico.
