Daycare Worker Charged With Assaulting Toddler

Nataliya Manzyk has been charged with assaulting a two-year old at Sunshine Day Care in Feasterville.

A Bucks County daycare worker has been charged with assaulting a 2-year-old boy during an incident that happened last week at Sunshine Day Care in Feasterville, according to reports.

Nataliya Manzyk, 38, of Feasterville, has been charged with assault, endangering the welfare of a child and recklessly endangering another person after an incident that occurred on Jan. 7, according to court documents.

Authorities tell Fox29 news that Manzyk, who has since been fired from the daycare center, was seen grabbing the child from behind and throwing him across the floor in a security camera video. The video then shows Manzyk dragging the child across the floor by the hood of his sweatshirt, Fox29 reported.

Court documents show that Manzyk is free on $50,000 unsecured bail. She is being represented by Newtown lawyer Louis R. Busico.
