Not Guilty Says Woman Accused Of Killing Bristol State Trooper: Report

PHILADELPHIA — A woman accused of striking and killing two Pennsylvania State Police troopers —one was from Bristol—and a pedestrian pleaded not guilty in court Wednesday, according to public reports.

Action News reported Thursday on the pre-trial hearing regarding Jayana Webb, 22, of Eagleville, who is charged with murder, homicide by vehicle while DUI, second-degree manslaughter of law enforcement officers, and other crimes in connection with the March 21 incident on Interstate 95.

She had been free after posting 10 percent of $600,000 bail last week.

Killed were Troopers Branden Sisca, 29 and Martin Mack III, 33, as well as pedestrian Reyes Rivera Oliveras, 28, of Allentown.

Mack, a Bristol resident, left behind a wife and two children.

Mack enlisted in the Pennsylvania State Police in November 2014 and graduated as a member of the 141st cadet class.
