'If someone you know is battling addiction, please don't hesitate. Get them help today,' her obituary states.

Elaine Clark Immordino passed away on Thursday, Aug. 25, 2016 after a long struggle with heroin addiction. She was 30.

Elle was born on June 29, 1986 and was taken from this world too soon, despite being so full of life. She did not want to die. While her death is a devastating tragedy for those who knew her, we believe that it could be a learning experience for someone else. We hope that someone can be saved from the incredible heartache we are experiencing. If someone you know is battling addiction, please don't hesitate. Get them help today.

Elle is survived by her father, Paul Immordino; her mother, Kathie Immordino; her sister and brother-in-law, Jacki and Paul McMaster and their daughter, Sagan; and her long-time partner and supporter, Kevin Dailey of Virginia. She also leaves behind numerous aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. She was loved by each and every one.
