UPDATE: Rt. 1 Reopens After Oil Tanker Crash

Route 1 south has reopened but drivers should expect delays, according to police.

Route 1 has been reopened after an overturned oil tanker blocked the southbound lanes north of the Neshaminy Creek earlier Friday.

Middletown Township Police announced the road was reopened around 3:15 p.m. Drivers should expect delays, though, police said.

It is unknown if anyone was injured in the accident, which occurred Friday.
