MIDDLETOWN TOWNSHIP, PA —Officials have provided an update on several land development projects underway in the township.
In its April electronic newsletter, township officials outlined three major projects taking place in the township:
Phase One of Oxford Valley Mall Apartments
Get ready for new living spaces. Phase one of the Oxford Valley Mall Apartments is well underway, bringing 391 luxury apartment units to the area. Keep an eye on this development, located near the former Boscov's area of the Oxford Valley Mall property, as it transforms the neighborhood, officials said.

Two Warehouses on Old Lincoln Highway
Big changes are coming to the north and south sides of Old Lincoln Highway, at sites once owned by Reedman Toll. On the northern side, a 360,000-square-foot building is set to rise on 34.3 acres. Meanwhile, the southern side will see the construction of a sprawling 451,250-square-foot building on 43.9 acres. These warehouses are poised to bring new opportunities and economic growth to our community, officials said.
