Tullytown and Middletown police say a Middletown Township man followed another driver, crashed, then repeatedly punched him, leading to felony assault charges and separate fleeing charges in a later incident.
   

4. Middletown updates sign rules with potential $500 fines (phillyburbs.com) — Middletown Township is moving to strictly regulate all temporary public signs, including political and "for sale" signs, with potential fines of $500 per day for violations. The rules would also reinforce PennDOT's long-standing ban on signs in rights-of-way like Bristol-Oxford Valley Road in Levittown, where complaints could trigger removal and penalties. Property owners will still get some discretion, but size and timing limits will tighten.
   

5.
