1. Pedestrian Killed In Middletown Twp. Crash (patch.com) — A Levittown man died after being struck by a vehicle while walking on Woodbourne Road in Middletown Township early Tuesday morning, despite being rushed to a local hospital. Police say the driver stayed at the scene, and investigators are asking anyone in Levittown or nearby who witnessed the crash or has video to contact Officer Robert Anselmi.
   

2. Motorcyclist Sustains Serious Injuries In Falls Twp. Crash (patch.com) — A motorcyclist was seriously injured Friday evening in a two-vehicle crash on New Falls Road near Indian Creek Entry in the Levittown section of Falls Township. Police say the motorcycle struck a Ford pickup, and the rider was rushed by Levittown Fairless Hills Rescue Squad medics to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital. Investigators are asking anyone who saw the collision to contact Officer Areias.
   

3. Bensalem Council Leaders Give Mall Update, Ask Residents To Suggest A New Name (lowerbuckstimes.com) — Neshaminy Mall in nearby Bensalem is expected to close by October 31, and township council leaders are asking residents to suggest new names as they envision a modern, Oxford Valley–style mixed‑use destination. While no formal redevelopment plans or construction timeline are set, Levittown resident and local reporter Peggy Quigley notes that key anchors like Boscov's, Barnes & Noble, and AMC will remain open as Sears and Macy's are slated for demolition.
   

4. Puke Hollow and the 'Indy of the East': The Wild History Buried Under Middletown Township (bucksco.today) — A deep dive into the history of Langhorne Speedway reveals how today's East Lincoln Highway shopping corridor in Middletown Township once hosted one of America's most dangerous racetracks. As Levittown and nearby suburbs grew, rising land values and changing expectations pushed the noisy, risky track out, leaving only a historical marker to remind residents of the area's wild racing past.
