Pedestrian Struck, Injured On Bristol Borough Road

Bristol Borough Police said a man suffered unknown injuries after being hit by a vehicle early Tuesday morning on Green Lane.

BRISTOL BOROUGH, PA —A pedestrian was struck while walking along Green Lane early Tuesday morning, police said.

The Bristol Borough Police Department said that officers responded at 5:07 a.m. Tuesday to Green Lane at Hunter Road for a report of a struck pedestrian.

Police found a 41-year-old man was struck by a vehicle in the southbound lane of Green Lane.

The driver of the striking vehicle stayed on scene and is cooperating with the investigation, police said.

Bristol Township Police, Bristol Borough Fire Departments 25, 50, and 51 and Bristol Borough Fire Police assisted police officers at the scene.

The man was transported to Lower Bucks Hospital by Squad 143. The extent of the man's injuries were not known at this time.
