Penn State Student Found Dead In Off-Campus Apartment

A Penn State student was found dead in his off-campus apartment Monday morning, according to multiple reports.

Charles Cudlipp, 25, was found by his parents who were visiting at the time. He lived at Happy Valley Motor Inn apartment on Atherton St. in State College, according to the Centre Daily Times.

Foul play is not suspected and an autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday night, NBC10 reported.

Cudlipp was a chemical engineering major from Gibsonia, Pennsylvania and was expected to graduate in summer 2018, the university said in a statement.

Counseling services will be available for the campus community to help them cope, the statement said.
