Pennsbury Hires Assistant Schools Superintendent
Dr. Kristopher Brown will oversee the district's principals, and the student services and special education departments. He starts Nov. 27.

FALLSINGTON, PA —The Pennsbury School District is getting a new assistant superintendent of schools.
The Pennsbury School Board has approved the hiring of Kristopher Brown as the new Assistant Superintendent for Administration.
Brown comes to Pennsbury from the Abington School District, where he currently serves as the director of student services and equity, school officials said.

He previously served as principal and assistant principal of Strath Haven High School, where he was named 2018 Pennsylvania Assistant Principal of the Year.
"Dr. Brown brings knowledge, experience, and a sense of enthusiasm to his new position, and I believe his work will further our District's goal of continuous improvement," Schools Superintendent Thomas A. Smith said.

As assistant superintendent, Brown will support Pennsbury's building principals, and Student Services and Special Education Departments.
His official start date is Nov. 27.
