Pennsbury Racquet Club Shooting Suspect Remains At Large

Falls Township Police are searching for a the suspect involved in a Saturday evening shooting.

According to police, Luis Medina, 33, is wanted on charges of attempted criminal homicide after the shooting along the 300 block of West Trenton Avenue. Action News reports the shooting took place at inside the Pennsbury Racquet and Athletic Club, and a youth boxing event fundraiser was happening at the time.

The victim, who police say was shot in the lower back, was taken to the hospital in stable condition, Action News reported.

The incident was reported just before 6 p.m.

Medina is described as a hispanic male, about 5 feet, 11 inches and weighing approximately 220 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair with a goatee and a mustache.
