Pennsbury Sets Attendance Policy For Eagles Super Bowl Parade

Pennsbury has addressed Thursday's attendance policy in advance of the Eagles Super Bowl parade.

Student absences for Pennsbury students attending Thursday's Eagles Super Bowl Parade in Philadelphia can be excused provided parents submit the proper information to school, the district said in an announcement on its website Tuesday.

While the district will be open Thursday, Feb. 8, students attending the parade with their families can be excused provided the parent prepares an absence note or completes an excuse card upon the student's return to school on Friday.

The parade will begin at Lincoln Financial Field near Broad and Pattison streets at 11 a.m. on Thursday. It will traverse to S. Penn Square, head west on S. Penn Square to 15th Street, north on 15th to JFK Boulevard, and then west on the Parkway before ultimately ending at the Art Museum steps.
