Pennwood Middle School Softball Team Completes Season Undefeated

The Pennwood Middle School softball team completed their season undefeated for the third time in the last four years.

"The highlight of the season was a six inning perfect game pitched by Alyssa Ciivl in which she struck out 15 of the 18 batters that she faced," said Pennwood Softball Coach Joseph Lelinski.

Members of the team are Brielle Nusser, Brianna Nusser, Angela Martoccio, Aimee Snyder, Kaleigh Gillen, Danielle Samer, Danielle Kemper, Amber Shockley, Dani Litwin, Kelly Sourwine, Chrissi Hart, Lizzy Saupe, Lyssa Rivera, Kelsey Mondelli, Casey Durso, Hannah Kravatz, Lauren Bransfield, Ali Stewart, Kate Foley, Emily Schafer and Alyssa Civil. The team coaches are Joe Lelinski, Brian Helverson, Terri Lelinski and Maria Polyak.
