Police At Pennsbury High Campus Monday After Social Media Post

School officials said a Pennsbury employee made "inappropriate online comments" that prompted the police presence on Monday morning.

FAIRLESS HILLS, PA — A "security presence" is at the Pennsbury High School campus on Monday as a precautionary measure following what school officials are calling inappropriate online comments by an employee.

Pennsbury High School Campus Principal Reggie Meadows sent an email to families in the Pennsbury School Community about the police presence on Monday.

Meadows said the presence is a precautionary measure in response to online comments connected to a social media post made by a Pennsbury employee.

"We are not aware of any threats, just some inappropriate comments, so it does fall under our typical security notification protocol," Meadows said. "We are taking this proactive step out of an abundance of caution."
