Police in Penndel are seeking a 36-year-old Philadelphia man who they say has stolen $1,200 worth of scratch-off lottery tickets from a local gas station.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Sokhib Yuldashev. His last known address was on 8410 Bustleton Ave in Philadelphia.
Yuldashev has been charged with theft and receiving stolen property.
