Possible Child Luring Reported Tuesday In Levittown

A man in a van approached a girl on Thornridge Drive and said "do you want to come see the dogs in the back?," according to police.

A second possible child luring incident in Bucks County on Tuesday has been reported to police in Falls Township. According to police, a man in a minivan approached a 12-year-old girl who was walking along the 100 block of Thornridge Drive around 3:30 p.m.

The man began driving slowly next to her and asked “Hey, do you want to come see the dogs in the back?” The girl said no and walked toward the nearest house, and the minivan quickly left the area, police said.

The girl observed a small black dog in the driver’s seat with the driver and heard at least one large dog bark from the back of the vehicle, according to police.

The vehicle was described as an older model dark grey minivan with rear sliding doors and tinted rear windows.

The driver was described as a light-skinned male 35-45 years old with straight shoulder length brown hair and a deep voice, police said.
