Rt. 1/Oxford Valley Road Bridge Deck To Open Aug. 18, Officials Say

The U.S. 1/Oxford Valley Road interchange bridge deck will be fully opened on Aug. 18, according to information from Rep. Perry Warren's office.

"There will be additional work performed at night under the bridge for approximately two to three weeks afterwards, but it will not impact traffic entering and exiting U.S. 1.," the announcement released by Warren said.

Also in traffic-related news, Warren said the repaving of Oxford Valley Road north of Edgewood in Lower Makefield and Reading Avenue in Yardley will begin between Aug. 14 and Aug. 21, weather permitting.

The project is expected to take two to three weeks, he said.
