Mya Melendez, 6th grader at Salk, was selected to have her short story published by Young Writers.

Mya Melendez, 6th grader at Salk, was selected to have her short story published by Young Writers for their "Survival Stories: Mission Contamination" Mini Saga Contest. Mya was chosen out of approximately 10,000 applicants. She received a certificate, a copy of her printed mini saga and her story will be published on the Young Writers website. Congratulations, Maya.
