Scarecrow Wins Neshaminy Schools Peddler's Village Honor: PHOTO

LANGHORNE, PA —"Bee Kind" to others was the theme. And that was a winner.

The Neshaminy School District congratulated the Herbert Hoover Elementary School classes of Miss McGarry and Mrs. Salt.

Students in those classes took third place in the 'Kids Only' category of the annual Peddler's Village Scarecrow Contest.

Their theme was: At Hoover Elementary, We Learn How to “Bee” Kind!"

The students decorated bees and then chose a kindness word to share with others, the school district's Facebook post stated.
