Scrap Yard Fire Under Investigation In Bristol Twp.
Eight Lower Bucks County fire companies responded to the blaze Monday night at the Delaware Valley Scrap on Beaver Dam Road.

BRISTOL TOWNSHIP, PA —A fire at a scrap yard Monday night is under investigation, fire officials said.
Crews from eight Lower Bucks County fire companies responded just after 6 p.m. to the fire at Delaware Valley Scrap in the 7000 block of Beaver Dam Road off Route 13.
Bristol Township Fire Marshal Kevin Dippolito said the fire involved a drum of old lithium-ion batteries and a shed filled with old electronics.

He said the fire was inside an open-air building and involved a scale shed, along with pallets, boxes, and drums of electronic recyclables and batteries.
The cause of the blaze remained under investigation by the fire marshal as of Monday night

No injuries were reported.
Dippolito said he is investigating the cause of the fire.
Bristol Consolidated Fire Station 50, the Edgely Fire Company, and fire crews from Fairless Hills, Levittown No. 2, Morrisville, Newportville, Third District, and Tullytown responded to the blaze.

E50 responded to this fire in Station 10s local. The Engine picked up Engine 10s hose lay, while the crew assisted at the scene.
