Falls Township police said the woman is a falconer who works for a private company that provides the service of using falcons to chase unwanted birds off of customers' properties.
She was assigned to Kinder Morgan on 1 Sinter Rd. in Fairless Hills in April 2023 and met Balogun —a security guard — within her first week, according to a court affidavit.

She had to be granted access to certain areas of Kinder Morgan by the security guards and had to show photo identification, police said.
Upon meeting Balogun, he checked her ID card and began to talk to her. He then leaned into her car and began rubbing and stroking the side of her breast over top of her jacket as he was talking to her, court records state.
In a second incident on Oct. 10, 2023, the woman said she arrived at Kinder Morgan Dock Security, one of four guard shacks on the property.
The window was highly reflective so the woman went inside the guard shack to check in, finding Balogun the only guard on duty, court records state.
The guard shack did not have any video surveillance cameras inside of the guard shack. The woman gave Balogun her identification, but he did not take any of the usual and necessary actions to check her in.
He then forcefully grabbed both of the woman's breasts as he gave her back her ID card. His hands were underneath her safety vest but over top of the rest of her clothing, court records state.
The woman told Balogun “no” and tried to pull away, but he continued, police said, stating “I love this so much. I got to take you out drinking, girl.”
The woman told investigators she was eventually able to break free and went to another security guard at the site, police said.
After the October incident, the woman emailed Kinder Morgan management with details on the two alleged assaults, police said. She also reported the incidents to the police.
