Serious Injuries In 2-Car Crash In Bristol Township: Fire Department

BRISTOL TOWNSHIP, PA —A two-vehicle accident with entrapment on Radcliffe Street has left a passenger with serious injuries, responders said.

The Levittown Fire Company No. 2 posted on its Facebook page that Rescue 13 was dispatched just before 8 a.m. Friday to Radcliffe and Hammond streets in the Edgely section of Bristol Township with mutual aid with the Edgely Fire Company.

The first arriving units found the passenger of the sedan heavily entrapped. The passenger was extricated and transported to a trauma center by EMS. The fire company said the extrication was completed within 30 minutes.

The Levittown Now reported that the driver of the white sedan fled the scene and Bristol Township police deployed a K-9 unit to track him before taking him into custody.
