'Significant Injuries' In 3-Vehicle Bristol Twp. Crash: Police

BRISTOL TOWNSHIP, PA —A driver suffered "significant injuries" in a three-vehicle crash on Edgely Road Monday afternoon that also injured another motorist, police said.

Lt. Sean Cosgrove told Patch Tuesday morning that police were dispatched at 4:41 p.m. Monday for a report of a multi-vehicle crash at 3200 Edgely Rd.

Cosgrove said the crash involved a grey Hyundai Sonata, a black Porsche SUV, and a blue Nissan Pathfinder.

Bristol Township Police are investigating the cause of the crash.

Cosgrove said the driver of the Hyundai was taken to the hospital for "significant injuries."

He said the driver of the Pathfinder suffered unknown injuries. Cosgrove added that the vehicle was also carrying two children, but he did not have information on whether they were injured.

The driver of the Porsche was not injured, Cosgrove said.
