Stalking, Business Burglary Top Bristol Twp. Crimes

BRISTOL TOWNSHIP, PA —A vacant business was burglarized and a Croydon man was charged with stalking in recent criminal incidents the Bristol Township Police Department released in its blotter.

These are the criminal incidents:

Arrest —March 1, 6:56 p.m. New Falls Road, Levittown. A 37-year-old Levittown woman was charged with Retail Theft, Possess Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was processed and arraigned by Judge Falcone. Bail was set at $5,000 unsecured.

Arrest —March 2, 4 a.m., Bristol Pike, Levittown. A 21-year-old Yonkers, N.Y., man was arrested on several vehicle violations. He was processed and arraigned by Judge Falcone. Bail was set at $10,000 unsecured.

Arrest —March 2, 3:47 a.m. A 33-year-old Yonkers, N.Y. man was arrested on a warrant out of Bensalem Township and released to the Bensalem Police.

Arrest —March 3, 1:33 p.m. Newport Road, Croydon. A 29-year-old Croydon man was charged with simple assault, stalking, and disorderly conduct. He was processed and arraigned by Judge Falcone. Bail was set at $70,000 unsecured.

Burglary: Commercial —March 1, 9:27 a.m. New Falls Road, Levittown. An unknown suspect forced entry into a vacant business. Some pictures and a small heater were removed. No value was given.

Theft: Retail —March 4, 9:44 a.m. Bristol Pike, Bristol. An unknown suspect removed several items passing all points of sale. No value was given.

Theft: Retail —March 4, 1:47 p.m. State Road, Croydon. An unknown suspect removed some miscellaneous merchandise passing all points of sale. The estimated value is $5.

Theft —March 5, 9:19 a.m., Ford Road. An unknown suspect broke into a 2013 Kia and removed a new pots and pan set. The estimated value is $100.

Theft: Retail —March 5, 8:02 p.m. Bristol Pike, Bristol. An unknown suspect removed several items passing all points of sale. The estimated value is $40.
