Stolen Package, 175 Gallons Of Oil Taken Top Bristol Twp. Crimes

BRISTOL TOWNSHIP, PA —A package was swiped from a porch and 175 gallons of oil were also taken. Those are two of the recent criminal incidents the Bristol Township Police Department reported in its blotter.

The criminal incidents are:

Arrest —Sept. 27, Noon, Bath Road, Bristol. A 39-year-old Bristol man was arrested on a local warrant out of Bristol Township. He was processed and arraigned by Judge Hughes. Bail was set at $25,000 unsecured.

Arrest —Sept. 28, 11:09 a.m. Palmer Avenue, Bristol. A 39-year-old man was arrested on a bench warrant out of Bucks County and released to the Sheriff's Office.

Arrest —Sept. 28, 11 a.m. Toga Street, Bristol. A 64-year-old Bristol man was arrested on a bench warrant out of Bucks County and released to the Sheriff's Office.

Arrest —Sept. 28, 8:12 p.m. Green Lane, Levittown. A 41-year-old Bensalem woman was arrested on a bench warrant out of Bucks County and released to the Sheriff's Office.

Arrest —Sept. 28, A9-28-23, 8:12 p.m. Green Lane, Levittown, Pa. A 35-year-old Chester man was arrested on a bench warrant out of Bensalem Township and released to the Bensalem Police.

Theft —Sept. 28, 8:37 a.m. Emilie Road, Levittown. Sometime overnight, two unknown subjects removed 175 gallons of oil from an outside storage container. The estimated value is $87.

Theft —Sept. 28, 5:25 p.m. Mill Bend Road, Levittown. Between the hours of 3:33 p.m. and 3:37 p.m., an unknown subject removed a Fed-Ex package from a front porch. The estimated value is $970.
